How do I care for my Maki maki garment?
All of our garments are made with 100% organic cotton. We recommend washing the t-shirts inside out on warm, with like colors.
Specialty One of One items are handmade and should be dry cleaned or hand washed with care.

What are your shipping rates and options?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Deliveries arrive in 3-5 days after standard processing. Your order will be dispatched within one working day of placing it. It may take up to 3 days for your USPS tracking to update but don’t worry, your package is on the move! If you want more detail on where your package is, you can track it with USPS.

Does Maki Mini carry kid sizes besides toddler sizes?
We currently only carry kid sizes in toddler 2Y, 3Y and 4Y. We plan to carry larger children sizes in the near future.

I haven't received my order confirmation email, has my order been confirmed?
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, we recommend checking your spam or junk email folder. You can also search for our email address “info@makimakiworldwide.com”
If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email please contact our Customer Care team and we will be able to assist you.

Can you issue my refund to a different payment method?
All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
