SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once an order is processed, delivery typically takes 3 - 5 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping address.

  • Orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays).

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee an order change, such as if you request an address change or cancel your order. We will try our best to complete the request. However, we cannot change your order if the package is shipped before we can complete the request. If we cannot change your order, please try to contact your carrier.

  • Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not factor in delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather or circumstances related to the courier itself. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

USA SHIPPING

  • We charge a flat rate of USD $12 for all shipments within the US.

  • All domestic orders under USD $200 typically arrive in 2 - 3 business days.

  • Orders over USD $200 will require a signature delivery and typically arrive in 2 - 3 business days.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • MAKI MAKI is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen, please contact your carrier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Once an order is processed, delivery typically takes 5-14 business days, depending on the shipping address location.

  • All international orders are shipped with Passport, our trusted third-party shipping carrier. Passport has several shipping partners worldwide that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

  • We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties, and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and is not held by customs and there are no surprises upon arrival.

  • Rates for international shipping vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

  • Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country—we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount.

  • If you refuse a shipment from MAKI MAKI, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the additional cost of returning the package to MAKI MAKI.

RETURNS

DOMESTIC RETURNS POLICY

  • Orders can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

  • Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received. Items with any signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant stains, or items with body odor, will not be accepted.

  • If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

  • Refunds for store credit will not incur a return shipping or restocking fee. We recommend returning for store credit if you would like to return for another size, color, or style.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a $8 USD return shipping fee and a $12 USD restocking fee (per item) deducted from your refund.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Restocking fees cover the cost of returning the product to inventory and ensuring our high-quality standards for all future recipients. The restocking fee covers dry cleaning, pressing, repackaging, and labor costs.

  • The returned item(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days of the return request being approved.

  • The item(s) must be returned to MAKI MAKI first before your refund can be issued.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOMESTIC RETURNS

  • Step 1. Submit your return by contacting info@makimakiworldwide.com

  • Step 2. A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Download and print it out.

  • Step 3. Securely pack the item(s) using the provided shipping label.

  • Step 4. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS location or schedule a free USPS pick-up. (You can do this on the USPS website.)

REFUNDS

  • All returns undergo an inspection period, which can take up to 7 business days from the date your package is delivered back to us.

  • Once completed, you will be notified whether your return has been accepted or declined.

  • If your return is accepted, you will receive an email stating your refund is being processed.

  • Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.

  • MAKI MAKI reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

FINAL SALE

  • Please note that all items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or imperfect.

  • For hygiene reasons, styles categorized as 'undergarments' are considered Final Sale.
